Third Eye Blind was created by Stephan Jenkins in the early 90's with Adrian Burley on drums and Jason Slater on bass. The line-up shifted several times with Arion Salazar (who was still in Bay Area band Fungo Mungo at the time) on bass and Tony Fredianelli on guitar. Kevin Cadogan joined as guitarist in late 1993 and there were two guitarists until Fredianelli left the band in 1994. They went through several drummers - Tim "Curveball" Wright, Steve Bowman, and Michael Urbano - until Brad Hargreaves joined the band in 1995. Cadogan was fired from the band on January 25, 2000 and Fredianelli was invited back to the band as lead guitarist leaving the current line-up as: Stephan Jenkins (vocals, guitar), Arion Salazar (bass), Brad Hargreaves (drums), and Tony Fredianelli (guitar).
